Welcome!
I’m PRISCILLA!
I am passionate about creating a space that meets my clients’ needs of safety and acceptance. I understand that each client is unique, and I value developing a client centered, supportive therapeutic relationship. I strive to see and understand my clients’ identities and explore their strengths as well as challenges to best overcome obstacles.
my approach
I like to collaborate with clients to create personalized goals. No one knows you better than you! I like to partner with my clients to combine my clinical skills and their expertise on themself to achieve desired outcomes.
I pull from a variety of theoretical frameworks to meet the needs of my clients. I welcome open communication and feedback about what is working and what could be working better. I engage in ongoing self-reflection to make sure I am continuing my personal work and growth to better serve my clients and community.
I believe therapy can be challenging, but also rewarding. I encourage you to email me to see if I'm the right fit for you.

VALUES STATEMENT
Wright Counseling Practice upholds the vision that people of all races, biological sexes, gender identities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, socioeconomic class, age, religion, and abilities should have access to mental health providers who have the education, training, and experience to meet their unique needs.
My practice recognizes the importance of comprehensive continued education and training to better serve my clients and community. I participate in frequent self-reflection to identify areas I need additional support or education in.
I also value open discussions and feedback from clients and colleagues to better understand the impact I’m having. I acknowledge that growth and learning are lifetime commitments and not destinations.
I embody values that guide my principles and beliefs beyond my professional role. Recognizing that comprehensive support for my clients and community extends beyond therapeutic spaces, I actively engage in dismantling systems of oppression.
I am committed to reflecting on my impacts and the systems I benefit from in my personal life and holding myself accountable in those spaces in addition to my professional commitments.
Wright Counseling Practice believes all clients benefit from my commitment to inclusion. In addition to participating in the self-reflection, education, and training to better serve my clients with marginalized identities, I believe these commitments will better support all clients to reflect on their impacts on systems of oppression.
Wright Counseling Practice is committed to dismantling systems of oppression; I recognize that systems that oppress people based on race, biological sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, socioeconomic class, age, ability, religion, and or citizenship status seriously impact individuals’ mental health and make access to resources and services far more challenging.
